Business days from approved artwork and sample to goods leaving the factory. Freight is quoted on top of this, and the method you choose sets how long it takes to arrive.

Produced and dispatched in China
Factory direct, shipped to any destination country. Cut out the domestic warehouse — and the retail three-to-five-day promise does not apply to trade orders.

How it works
Brief, sample, run.

Send the brief
Stock designs with quantities, or a custom brief with a reference photo, your palette and any size requirement. Destination country and target date too — freight and duty are quoted per market.

Quote, then sample
Priced per line, with freight to your country on its own line. Custom work is sampled before the run: you approve a physical piece, not a rendering. Allow for sample production on top of the 15-day run.

Approve and pay
A deposit starts production and the balance settles before dispatch. Nothing is cut until the sample is signed off, which is the only point at which a custom order can still change.

Produced, then shipped
15 business days in production, then dispatch from the factory. Transit depends on the method quoted — express, air or sea — and duty is settled on arrival under DAP.
Custom
Make it yours, down to the details.
Shape, palette, materials and packaging can all be tailored to your channel. Bring a reference image, swatch or product brief; we will use it to develop a sample for your approval before production.

Size and proportion
Diameter, depth and the density of the foliage mass. If you have a door width or a planogram to hit, give us the number rather than a photograph.

Palette to a reference
Send a fabric swatch, a paint chip or a client’s colour deck. Flowers, berries and ribbon are matched to it; a screen photo is the weakest reference and we will say so.
iii.
Foliage and material mix
Real-touch versus standard, the species mix, flocking, and whether the piece is lit. Pre-lit runs carry their own certification and lead time — ask before you promise a client.

Packing for your channel
Retail-ready cartons, inner protection for a parcel network, or bulk packing for a distributor’s own warehouse. Tell us how it will be handled and it is quoted with the run.

A poor fit
Who it is not for
- Single retail orders. The retail site is cheaper per piece and needs no invoice — thirty units is where a production run starts to beat it.
- Dropshippers and marketplace sellers who need us to ship one unit at a time under another brand. This is a production programme, not a fulfilment service.
- Closeout hunters. This is made to order, priced on current cost, not discontinued stock.

Terms
The details buyers need to plan.
- Minimum
- 30 units per order, mixed designs. Custom work starts at the same 30 — there is no separate bespoke threshold to clear.
- Pricing
- Quoted per line, not per order: goods, sampling and freight are on separate lines, so you can see what the product costs and what the market costs.
- Production
- 15 business days in production after artwork and sample approval. Peak season — August to October — runs longer; ask before you commit to a client date.
- Shipping
- Dispatched from the factory in China to any destination country. Freight is quoted per market and per method. Retail orders are a separate channel: those ship within the United States only, free, from a domestic warehouse.
- Duty and import tax
- Quoted DAP: you are the importer of record and settle duty, import tax and any customs clearance on arrival. We quote DDP per order if your market needs it, but it is not the published default.
- Country of origin
- Produced in China. Marked as such on the goods and on the commercial invoice. These are not made in the United States, and nothing in this programme should be read as claiming otherwise.
- Samples
- Custom work is sampled and approved before production. Samples are quoted per piece and are not credited against the run. Stock designs can be inspected by ordering a single piece at retail.
- Returns
- Report transit damage or a production fault with photographs within 14 days of delivery and the affected pieces are remade or credited. Custom runs are not returnable once production starts, and change-of-mind returns are not practical across a border.
Questions
What buyers ask first.
Can you make a custom design?
Yes. Share a reference, preferred palette and target size; we will develop a physical sample for your approval. Custom runs start at 30 units, and sampling is quoted separately before you commit to production.
How long does it actually take?
Allow 15 business days for production after artwork and sample approval, plus sampling time for custom work and transit. Transit depends on the selected freight method. August through October is peak season, so ask us to confirm timing for your delivery date.
Where do you ship from, and where do you ship to?
Wholesale orders are produced and dispatched from China; we can quote delivery to your destination country. Retail orders are separate and ship within the United States from a domestic warehouse.
Who pays the duty?
Under DAP terms, you are the importer of record and pay applicable duty, import tax and clearance on arrival. If you need a duty-paid quote, mention it in your request and we can price DDP for that order.
Is this made in the USA?
No. Wholesale wreaths are produced in China and marked with that country of origin. Retail stock ships from a United States warehouse; that refers to its shipping location, not where it is made.
Why not publish a discount tier?
We quote each product line separately because design, materials, sampling and freight vary by order. Your quote shows those costs clearly, so you can review the assortment before proceeding.
What if the goods arrive damaged?
Send photographs within 14 days of delivery. We will remake or credit affected pieces; cross-border returns are not required.
