01What we share

When you visit keepsakebloom.com, an advertising pixel set by Meta Platforms, Inc. (the “Meta pixel”, formerly the Facebook pixel) receives the pages you view and the actions you take on them, along with your IP address, and information about your browser and device. It also sets its own cookie on your device so Meta can recognize it on later visits.

Meta uses that information for its own purposes, including showing you our products on Facebook and Instagram and measuring which ads led to a visit. Because Meta is not acting only on our instructions, the law in some states calls this a “sale” or a “share” even though no money changes hands. We describe it that way so you can decide about it.

We do not sell your name, email address, postal address or phone number to anyone, and we do not sell any personal information for money. We do not share your personal information for anyone else to use for their own advertising beyond the advertising measurement described here.

02What you can do about it

Use the switch at the top of this page to turn sharing off. While it is off, we do not load the advertising pixel at all: no request is made to Meta, so there is nothing for Meta to receive. The choice is saved on this device for one year.

You can also email us at info@keepsakebloom.com and we will record your choice for you. An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf. We will not ask you to create an account either way.

If you are a California resident, you also have the right to know what personal information we hold, to receive a copy of it, to correct it, and to ask us to delete it. Those requests go to the same address. Our Privacy Policy sets out the full list, the verification we may ask for, and how long we take to respond.

03Your browser can opt out for you

We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out preference signal. If your browser or an extension sends it, we treat it as a request to stop sharing your personal information and we do not load the advertising pixel, without you doing anything on this page. GPC outranks the switch above: while your browser keeps sending it, turning sharing back on here has no effect.

04What does not change

Turning sharing off does not affect your order, your delivery, your returns or the price you pay. We do not offer a different price or a different level of service to anyone who exercises a privacy right.

We still measure how the site is used in aggregate, through analytics that do not build an advertising profile of you, so that we can keep the store working and fix what is broken. Cookies that your cart and your account need in order to function are set either way; without them the site cannot take an order.
