01Orders and acceptance

When you place an order you are offering to buy a product. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse an order where we suspect misuse or a pricing error.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

02Pre-orders

From time to time we offer products for pre-order before they are ready to ship. A pre-order is a promise to reserve that piece for you, and each pre-order product shows its expected ship date on the product page.

When you place a pre-order, your payment method is charged at checkout, just like an in-stock order. We will ship the product on or before the expected date shown; the date is our best estimate and may move with production and shipping schedules.

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund to your original payment method. To cancel, email us at info@keepsakebloom.com with your order number.

If a pre-order is delayed, we will email you with the new expected date and give you the choice to keep the order or cancel it for a full refund, at no cost to you.

03Payment

All payments are processed securely through Shopify. We accept the major credit cards and payment methods supported by our checkout.

04Shipping

Orders are prepared and dispatched on weekdays. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.

Standard shipping is free on every order shipped within the United States, with no minimum spend.

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days once your order has shipped. Estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed — peak seasons, weather and carrier disruptions can extend them.

Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the shipping address you provided.

05Returns, refunds and exchanges

If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition.

To start a return please email info@keepsakebloom.com with your order number. We will provide instructions and, once the returned item is received and checked, issue a refund to your original payment method.

Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

06Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will make it right — with a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

07Product care

Our wreaths are designed for indoor or covered outdoor use. Color and appearance can vary slightly, and seasonal or natural materials may change over time with handling and exposure to the elements.

08Intellectual property

All content on this site — including product photography, text, logos and design — belongs to or is licensed by us and may not be reproduced without permission.

09Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keepsake Bloom is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of our products.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

10Governing law

keepsakebloom.com is operated by TRADEPATH LIMITED, a company with its registered office in Hong Kong.

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where a consumer dispute cannot be resolved with us directly, the courts of Hong Kong shall have jurisdiction.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the US state in which you live, including any right to bring a claim in your own state.
