01Orders and acceptance

When you place an order you are offering to buy a product. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse an order where we suspect misuse or a pricing error.

Prices are shown in US dollars and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. You are responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply to international delivery.

02Payment

All payments are processed securely through Shopify. We accept the major credit cards and payment methods supported by our checkout.

03Shipping

Orders are prepared and dispatched on weekdays. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.

Complimentary standard shipping is offered within the United States on orders over $100.

Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the carrier for international shipments.

04Returns, refunds and exchanges

If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition.

To start a return please email hello@keepsakebloom.com with your order number. We will provide instructions and, once the returned item is received and checked, issue a refund to your original payment method.

Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

05Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will make it right — with a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

06Product care

Our wreaths are designed for indoor or covered outdoor use. Colour and appearance can vary slightly, and seasonal or natural materials may change over time with handling and exposure to the elements.

07Intellectual property

All content on this site — including product photography, text, logos and design — belongs to or is licensed by us and may not be reproduced without permission.

08Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keepsake Bloom is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of our products.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

09Governing law

keepsakebloom.com is operated by TRADEPATH LIMITED, a company with its registered office in Hong Kong.

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where a consumer dispute cannot be resolved with us directly, the courts of Hong Kong shall have jurisdiction.
