01Information we collect

When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfill it: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and phone number where provided.

We may also collect information you choose to share through our contact form, such as a message or order number.

In the categories used by US privacy law, this means identifiers such as your name and address, commercial information such as your order history, and internet or network activity such as how you interact with our site. We do not collect government identification numbers, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, or biometric information.

02Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and measure how the site is used.

Some of these are set by third parties. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors move through the site in aggregate. We also use the Meta pixel, set by Meta Platforms, Inc. (formerly the Facebook pixel), to measure our advertising and to show our products to people who have shown interest in them. The Meta pixel receives the pages you view and the actions you take on them, together with your IP address and information about your browser and device, and it sets its own cookie so Meta can recognize your device on later visits.

Meta uses that information for its own purposes, which is why the law in some states treats it as a “sale” or a “share”. You can tell us to stop at any time — our opt-out is on one page and needs no account. We also honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal: when your browser sends it, we do not load the advertising pixel at all.

Most browsers accept cookies by default, but you can set your browser to remove or reject them through its controls. Blocking cookies may affect parts of the site, such as keeping items in your cart between visits.

03How we use your information

We use your information to process and deliver orders, provide customer support, and keep you informed about your purchase.

With your consent we may send occasional updates about new seasonal collections. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We never sell your personal information.

04Payments and security

Checkout is handled securely by Shopify. We do not store your full card number on our own servers.

Your payment details are processed by Shopify Payments and other trusted providers in accordance with their own privacy and security practices.

05Sharing your information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the store — for example shipping carriers, payment processors and email providers — and only to the extent needed to provide our services.

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.

06Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing.

07Your rights under US state privacy laws

If you live in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah or another US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, to correct it, and to ask us to delete it.

You also have the right to tell us to stop selling or sharing your personal information, and to stop using it for targeted advertising.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do share identifiers such as your IP address, and internet or network activity such as the pages you view, with Meta Platforms, Inc. for cross-context behavioral advertising. That is what our advertising pixel does, and it is described under “Cookies and similar technologies” above. We shared those categories for that purpose during the 12 months before this policy was last updated.

You can opt out of that sharing at any time, without an account and without emailing us, using the link below. We also honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal: when your browser sends it, we do not load the advertising pixel at all.

You may also ask us to limit our use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information for any purpose that would require this right.

We will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or give you a different level of quality because you exercised a privacy right.

To make a request, email info@keepsakebloom.com. We may ask you to verify your identity first, and you may use an authorized agent to submit a request for you. We will respond within 45 days, and will let you know if we need additional time.

08Data retention

We keep order records for as long as necessary to fulfill our obligations, including accounting and tax requirements, and delete or anonymize them when they are no longer needed.

09Children’s privacy

Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
