For most standard front doors, a 24-inch wreath creates a balanced frame while leaving the door itself visible. Give the design room to breathe, and consider the relationship between its outermost stems, nearby hardware and any glass panels.
Let the setting guide the palette
Deep wood welcomes burgundy and warm green. Pale stone makes champagne branches luminous. The most considered combinations echo a tone already present in the entry rather than introducing an entirely separate color story.
